This is found in the Biggest Loser Simple Swaps Book This sweet, delicious spread is wonderful on whole grain toast or stirred into plain fat-free greek style yogurt. It can also add a burst of fruit flavor to your favorite hot cereal.

Ingredients

Directions

Place the berries in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped but not pureed. Transfer to a 2-qt saucepan. Add the juice concentrate and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. When the mixture boils, reduce the heat to low. Simmer for about 3 minutes (slightly longer if using frozen berries), stirring occasionally, or until the juices have reduced slightly and the mixture has thickened. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon. Keeps refrigerated for about 2 weeks.

TIP: If you don't want to buy fresh strawberries you can swap it for 12 oz frozen unsweetened strawberries
