Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Whole Milk
- 1 1/2 cups Whipped Cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 cup No-Calorie Sweetener
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cups Frozen Strawberries
Directions
Cook milk and cream to a boil. Beat egg and sugar and vanilla. Add 4 tbs hot milk to egg mixture and beat. Gradually add egg mixture to the remaining milk. Cook on low for 3-4 minutes until slicktly thicker. Let cool. Add to ice cream machine with strawberries and churn until frozen.
