berry protein muffins

high protein oat bran muffins with berries and flax! so healthy and satisfying!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oat Bran
- 60 g Whey Protein Powder (chocolate)
- 2 large Egg White
- 1/2 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/8 tsp Pure Baking Soda
- 3 tbsp Flax, Ground
- 1 cup Strawberries, Fresh
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground, 1 Tsp
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
combine the dry ingredients
combine wet ingredients.
combine all together now.
portion into 6 muffin tins equally dividing about 1/3 cup batter each.
bake for 15-20 minutes!
