Sugar Free Berry Cobbler

Ingredients
- 3 cups Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1/2 cup Stevia Extract In The Raw
- 1/4 cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 cup Quaker Oatmeal
- 1 cup Milk 2%
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 0 tsp Salt
Directions
In medium bowl, stir together blackberries and stevia. Let stand about 20 minutes or until berries soften and absorb the stevia. (will not have same reaction as sugar) Heat oven to 375°F.
Grind oat to fine flour like texture.
In large bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, salt and milk. Stir in melted butter until blended.
Spread in ungreased 8-inch square pan. Spoon blackberry mixture over batter.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until dough rises and is golden. Serve warm with cream. (Calories from cream or ice cream not included.)
