Delicious, easy to make, and slightly less guilt, since you're sans sugar.

Ingredients

Directions

Put water and splenda packets in a pot. Set to a medium heat- it can start boiling.

Juice both limes. There's really no limit to the limes. If you like a tangier gimlet, go crazy and juice some more limes.

Put 1/2 the lime juice into the splenda simple syrup. Boil the simple syrup down a bit (about 5 minutes), set aside to cool.

Combine 2 oz of gin (two shot glasses worth), 1 oz lime juice, two oz lime splenda syrup. Shake or stir with ice, pour into a small glass. Top off with seltzer water.

and then drink it. BOOM that's delicious.
