Sugar-Free Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Yummy AND healthy banana bread!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup No Calorie Sweetener
- 1/4 cup Pure Canola Oil
- 2 large Egg White
- 3 Banana, medium
- 1 cup Light Vanilla Soymilk
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Grease loaf pan.
3. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
4. In a second bowl, mash bananas, then add splenda, canola oil, egg whites, soy milk, and vanilla extract. Add to flour mixture and mix until well blended.
5. Pour batter into loaf pan.
6. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
