Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup No Calorie Sweetener
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Light Original Soy Milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 1 cup Blueberries (fresh)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, grease 12 muffin cups.
2. Combine flour, splenda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
3. Add milk, egg, and butter.
4. Mix until well blended.
5. Stir in berries.
6. Distribute batter evenly into muffin cups.
7. Bake 20-25 minutes.
