A healing mix of fresh fruit and vegetable juices that help move lymph and fluids through your body.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup 4 Oz. Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1/2 cup Juiced Celery
- 1 cup Juiced Cucumber
- 1/2 cup Fresh Mint
- 1 cup Parsley, Raw Fresh
- 4 cups Spring! Natural Spring Water
Directions
This recipe can be done entirely by hand with whole fruit and vegetables or by using a juicer to juice all the items.
You will need a large pitcher with lid. 32 ounce size or larger.
BY HAND:
Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
Slice the whole lemon, lime and orange into 1/2 inch rounds. Place in bottom of pitcher.
Peel the cucumber. Score the outside with a fork using a downward raking motion. Slice the cucumber into 1/4" rounds. Place into pitcher.
Clean and trim the celery. Slice on the diagonal, slices about 1/2" thick. Add to pitcher.
Wash the mint* and parsley THOROUGHLY. Parsley can have sand remaining so wash well. Bind the stems of the mint and parsley together with string or a food-safe clip to make a 'bouquet'. If added loose or chopped you may need to strain each cup and that's a pain. Add bouquet to pitcher. *If you cannot find mint just use the parsley.
Fill pitcher to top with spring water and cover with lid. Allow to sit in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight. Drink entire contents of pitcher throughout the following day. You can add a few drops of liquid stevia (such as Sweet Leaf Lemon Drop flavor or Valencia Orange) to each glass to taste if preferred. Follow each glass with a glass of water to rinse the citrus from your mouth and teeth.
You could also add things like fresh pineapple, cantaloupe, kiwi or ginger.
JUICER METHOD:
Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
Juice the citrus (Lemon, Lime and Orange) on a citrus juicer. Combine and pour into 32 ounce or larger pitcher. Set aside.
Prep the celery, cucumber, mint* and parsley to be juiced. Juice all three and add to citrus juice in pitcher. Fill to top with spring water. *If you cannot find mint just use the parsley.
Cover and place in fridge. This can be consumed immediately over the next 16 hours. No waiting required like in the hand method - the juices are already extracted and ready to assimilate. You can also add juiced pineapple, cantaloupe, kiwi or a small amount of ginger to your mix.

If you have (or are interested in) lymphatic massage this is the perfect accompaniment. We developed this to use at BreastHealthOnline.org to help patients before and after surgery with their swelling, edema and removal of dead cells, anesthesia meds and surgery fluids from their systems.
We help patients with self lymphatic massage and combine it with this 'Super Lemon Recovery Juice' to facilitate their recoveries and wellness. Visit us and use our Contact Us board if you'd like more information.
