Why enjoy the taste and health benefits of just one nut when you can enjoy three or four? Here, cashews, walnuts and almonds are combined with chia and flaxseed to give a more complex and delicious nutty flavor.

Directions

1. Add cashews, walnuts, almonds, flax seeds and chia seeds to a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Mix in salt to taste.

Note:
There’s no need for added sugar or oils in this recipe!

    I made this as soon as I saw the recipe. The chia seeds stuck in my teeth a bit, but I think that is a personal problem. The recipe is great. Have a bit of patience when making it. It will take time to get to the right consistency. Totally worth it.
