Super Veggie Egg Muffins

Egg Muffins loaded with veggies
Ingredients
- 12 egg
- 50 2/5 g Button Mushrooms
- 2 cups Mixed Baby Greens
- 1 link Andouille Chicken & Turkey Sausage
- 1/4 medium Yellow Onions
- 2 tbsp Parsley
Directions
1. Finely chop all ingredients
2. Lightly scramble all eggs in a large bowl
3. Add chopped ingredients to eggs
4. Scoop mixture into a silicone muffin pan
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
