1. Add the tahini, unsweetened green tea, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic cloves, sea salt and ground turmeric to a blender. Cover and puree them on high speed.
2. Use immediately or store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for three to four days.
