Superfood Tahini Salad Dressing

If you like your dressing loaded with superfood ingredients, this recipe is a winner, thanks to the delightful combination of tahini, green tea, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and turmeric. Providing a lovely golden color, turmeric contains powerful, anti-inflammatory benefits. And as a bonus, this tangy, creamy dressing is vegan!

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 8

  • 1/3 cup Tahini Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Green Tea
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric

DIRECTIONS

1 Add the tahini, unsweetened green tea, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic cloves, sea salt and ground turmeric to a blender. Cover and puree them on high speed.
2 Use immediately or store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for three to four days.
