The secret ingredient is stuffing mix--and no tomato, my family doesn't care for it. Simple and delish--add your own tomato if you want it.

You want about a 3-2-1 ratio beef-veal-pork. Add enough stuffing mix, broth & egg so that you have a moist mix that will hold together/form a loaf. Shape into a loaf and bake at 325 for an hour or so, until done. Really good & easy!
