Sweet beer chili

A modification of my beer chili recipe that cuts the spice to give a sweeter flavor
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Turkey 99/1
- 1/2 medium Onion, Sweet
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 8 oz India Pale Ale
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 3 tsp Beef Flavor Boullion
- 1 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp ORIGINAL CAYENNE PEPPER SAUCE
- 2 tbsp 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Pillsbury Best All Purpose Flour
- 15 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans - No Salt Added
- 15 oz Light Red Kidney Beans
- 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes W/italian Style Herbs
- 1/6 cup Hot Green Chili Pepper
- 10 oz Whole Kernel Sweet Corn (frozen)
Directions
1) Dice onion and green chili peppers. Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion to hot oil and cook 5 minutes. Add garlic, cook and additional 2 minutes.
2) Add turkey to skillet. Cook until turkey no longer pink. Transfer trueky mixture to crock pot.
3) Add remaining ingredients and stir.
4) Cover; cook 8-10 hours on LOW or 4-6 hours on HIGH.
