Sweet Potato Black Bean Chili made in a Crock Pot
Ingredients
- 2 medium Sweet Potato
- 1 medium Onion, Sweet
- 1 medium Red Bell Pepper, Raw
- 15 1/2 oz Black Beans - Canned
- 14 oz Tomatoes, Petite Diced
- 1 1/2 cups Free Range Chicken Broth
- 1 1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder Generic
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 cups Meal Starters Grillers Recipe Crumbles
Directions
Peel and dice the sweet potatoes. Dice the union up. Combine all the ingredients into a slow cooker and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
Heat tofu in a skillet and mix in with chili.
