Sweet Quinoa Pilaf (Gluten-Free)

A clean and tasty dish that works well as breakfast and desert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Organic Quinoa
- 1 cup Honeycrisp Apple
- 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
- 1/8 cup Chopped Dates
Directions
1) Cook the Quinoa just like you would rice (i.e. 1 cup of grain in 2 cups of water) 2) Chop the apple 3)Mix everything together 4) eat warm or cold
HINT: I use my rice cooker to cook rice, quinoa, oats, buckwheat groats ... etc. etc.
