Directions

1. Add the cranberries, coconut sugar (or turbinado sugar), lemon and orange zest, and water to a large saucepan and bring to a boil over high.
2. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered until the cranberries are softened about 10 minutes.
3. Transfer the cranberry sauce to a bowl and cool to room temperature—or chill or later.
