Taco Quinoa

Just threw together some ground beef, taco seasoning, onions, green chiles, a jalapeno and mixed in some quinoa.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Quinoa
- 1 cup Onions
- 1 Fresh Jalepeno Pepper
- 6 tbsp Mild Diced Green Chiles
- 1/4 cup McCormick's Taco Seasoning
- 1 lb Ground Beef*
- 1 tsp Olive Oil Lb
Directions
Put the quinoa and 4 cups water in a rice cooker and turn on.
Dice the onion and jalepeno.
Brown the ground beef and drain the fat.
Add 1/4 cup taco seasoning to the beef and 3/4 cup water, mix well until beef is coated.
Put the olive oil in a skillet and add the onion and jalepeno, cook until soft about 3 minutes. Add the green chiles. Add the vegetable mix to the ground beef and mix together.
When the quinoa is finished cooking, scoop some on a plate and top with the taco mixture.
