Tangy Thai Popcorn

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 6 cups basic freshly popped pocorn
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Ginger Root
  • 1 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Flake Coconut
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Lime Zest
  • 2 tbsp garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS

1 Immediately toss freshly popped popcorn with the sesame oil and ginger. Drizzle with the honey and toss to combine. Add the coconut flakes, lime zest, garlic, and salt and toss to evenly combine.
2 Replace over medium heat and cook while stirring to crisp the popcorn, about 3 minutes.
3 Serve while warm.
4 Hint: Use air-popped popcorn if prefer a lower calorie option.
