Toasted Coconut Smoothie

Lightly sweetened with banana and coconut, this smoothie seems more like a like a dessert than health-drink.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Toasted Coconut Flakes
  • 1 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seed, Organic
  • 1 pinch Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS

1 In a blender combine banana, toasted coconut flakes, almond milk, flax seeds, salt and ice. Blend on high until smoothie is consistent.

3 * Add more almond milk until desired consistency is achieved.
