This easy-to-make recipe features refreshing cucumber topped with tuna. Enjoy it as a snack, or serve it as a crowd-pleasing appetizer at your next get-together.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz canned white tuna (packed in water)
  • 2 sprig fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Organic Vegan Mayo
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 medium peeled cucumber

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine tuna dill, mayo and salt. Mix together thoroughly.
2. Slice the ends of the cucumber off, and cut vertically (the long way).
3. Using a knife, wedge the seeds out, making room for the tuna
4. Gently place the tuna into the cucumber, and serve cold!

Notes:
Feel free to leave the cucumbers unpeeled.
