This healthy version of a Waldorf salad features kefir instead of mayonnaise. Kefir bursts with probiotics, which can help aid digestion and promote gut health. This easy salad takes just 10 minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz canned white tuna (packed in water)
  • 1 tbsp Kefir
  • 1/4 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

1. Add the tuna to a medium-sized bowl.
2. Toss in the kefir, grapes, walnuts and salt. Mix well.
2. Divide into two bowls and serve cold.

Notes:
This salad is best enjoyed cold. If necessary, quickly chill the salad in the fridge for 10 minutes before eating.
