Tuna Waldorf Salad

This healthy version of a Waldorf salad features kefir instead of mayonnaise. Kefir bursts with probiotics, which can help aid digestion and promote gut health. This easy salad takes just 10 minutes to make.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 12 oz canned white tuna (packed in water)
  • 1 tbsp Kefir
  • 1/4 cup grapes
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 1 tsp Salt

DIRECTIONS

1 Add the tuna to a medium-sized bowl.
2 Toss in the kefir, grapes, walnuts and salt. Mix well.
3 Divide into two bowls and serve cold.

6 This salad is best enjoyed cold. If necessary, quickly chill the salad in the fridge for 10 minutes before eating.
