This savory sandwich features apple slices, cheese, turkey and fresh thyme tucked into grilled tortillas. Not a big tortilla fan? Use your bread of choice instead. Green apples burst with immunity-boosting polyphenols and fiber, which can aid with digestion.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or butter onto one side of the tortillas.
2. Sprinkle lightly with fresh time.
3. Place the apple slices on one half of each tortilla.
4. Top the apple slices with slices of cheese.
5. Top the cheese with the turkey.
6. Fold the tortillas closed and grill in a Panini grill, waffle iron, or fry pan with a lid for 6-8 minutes.

Note:
Swap the Mozzarella out with any of your favorite melting cheeses!
