Vegan black bean soup

Ingredients

Directions

* Cook beans
* Chop vegetables
* Saute vegetables in oil over high heat until just translucent
* Add spices. Cook for 2 minutes
* Add vegetable broth, half of beans and corn. Bring to a boil
* In a blender, puree the remaining beans and the tomatoes.
* You can add some of the soup mixture to the puree if you would like.
* Return to the stove, reduce heat to medium and let simmer for 15 minutes.
