This bowl has all the health benefits of miso, a fermented paste, and sweet potatoes.

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar. miso paste, lime juice, oil and sugar
2. Add sweet potatoes and jalapeno and toss to coat
3. Place rice in a serving bowl and top with sweet potato poke mix and sunomono

Notes:
- Cook rice with 1 tbsp of grated fresh ginger and 1 tbsp of turmeric
- Steam the purple sweet potato; you can sub in white or garnet
- You can use any neutral oil, such as algae
