Quick to prepare, it’s a great breakfast or snack that’s more filling than a standard smoothie bowl.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 1 packet Pitaya Dragonfruit Smoothie Pack
  • 1/2 cup Avocados
  • 1/2 cup Green Fig
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp MCT Oil

DIRECTIONS

1 **Use frozen green figs for best results.
2 Blend all ingredients on high until uniform in texture. Garnish, if desired, with nuts, seeds, and/or fruit.
3 The creaminess of this smoothie bowl belies its nondairy ingredients: It gets its unctuousness from avocado and MCT oil.
