Try topping your waffles with nut or seed butter and sliced fresh fruit. Or boost the protein by adding Greek yogurt with fruit preserves.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 2 whole-grain waffle(s)
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Fruit Preserves

DIRECTIONS

1 Top toasted whole-grain waffles with Greek yogurt and fresh fruit preserves. Enjoy!
2 Tip: You can also try topping your English muffins with nut butter and chopped fresh fruit for an added twist with staying power.
