Zucchini Muffins

A healthy alternative to your traditional zucchini muffins.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Raw Zuchinni
- 1/4 cup Apple Sauce
- 1/2 cup Flax, Ground
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add wet ingredients. Stir until just combined. Pour into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Cool.
