Vitamin Recommendations for Middle-Aged Men

Vitamins are essential micronutrients that play an important role in health. Recommendations for vitamin intake are defined in the Dietary Reference Intake, or DRI, set by the Food and Nutrition Board, Institute of Medicine and National Academies.
