Sports Therapy Certification

Sports therapy is a growing field, encompassing a wide range of different forms of physical therapy related to treating and preventing sports injuries. Physical therapists require certification to practice, but there isn't currently a uniform standard of certification for sports therapists. The most common certification is a specialization certificate granted by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
