I'm 31 years old and newly married. As much as I'd like to blame the "Newlywed Nine" on my latest 9lbs to gain...I cannot. I have always battled the yo-yo of 10 lbs dangling in and out of my life. I plan on having kids in the next couple of years and need to get it together before then. What does that mean? It means I need to find that perfect balance of eating well AND exercising for the sake of wellness and health (and dropping my latest gain of 10 too!!). I have great days and horrible days when it comes to eating well and working out. I'm striving to get it together and have good days consistently...and for good :)
