Hey all! I'm Arcais and I'm a zoological sciences student living in student accomodation in Wales. I'm starting this diet in January for the summer so I won't be afraid to bare all in my bikini and hopefully just for a healthier lifestyle in general. Because of the fact that I'm a student, my excercise will seem slightly sporatic but I do have long walks to lectures up ridiculously steep welsh hills everyday that are enough to make you break a sweat and I'm also a member of alot of sports clubs like scuba diving, Kiyaking etc. I'd be appreicative on any tips on healthing living on a budget or just general help advice and comments.
