I'm a 44 year old woman wanting to stay strong and healthy. My discipline toward exercise has been inconsistent throughout my life. My challenge is to remain in a regular exercise regime and to reduce my weight. I'm also hoping that I will become stronger mentally and not back down when a challenge presents itself.
