I am fat. i need to stop being fat. i yo-yo with my weight... currently i'm maintaining within a 5 pound range... i got up really high weight-wise, and managed to lose about 20 pounds when i moved out of my mom's house... it just so happens to have a hunger curse... anyway, I'm still over 200 pounds... but according to BMI charts, if I'm over 6 foot, 190 is a normal healthy weight, so I'll try to get down into lie the 180's... Anyway, feel free tocat it up with me... especially i you have Xanga. :] cool thx.

i feel tremendous today, because i hiked mt. rubidoux. it wasn't a very difficult mountain to climb, because it is only a mile up and a mile down, but i felt great. i know i have been eating food for the past month, but i will try harder. i will continue on. might actually hit up the gym in a bit.
if im not too lazy!

other than that, i had a lot of veggies today, and if it weren't for the cinnamon roll, i'd have done really well today!
