I need to lose weight, stop smoking, and get back in shape. I'm back in college (a sure sign I've lost my mind), and these long hours sitting in front of the computer are killing me. I have about 40 lbs to lose, and I've got my routine worked out so I can start exercising again like I should be doing. As for the change in food choices, I'm going to have to cook like I run a restaurant because there's no support at my house.
