I'm on a modified Atkins / Alkaline diet... trying to stick to 110 net carbs or less a day, with 1-2 days a week where I have a freebie meal (go out to eat & have what I want to stop the cravings).
I try to regularly exercise for at least 30 mins each day... started at 225.5 pounds (or size 22 pants) on 4/20/7
7/11/8 weight: 150 (or a loose size 13-14 pants)
11/8/8 - Back to charting foods, as I slipped into my old ways... gained a few pounds, and don't want to gain more & want to get back to the 150 weight range
3/5/9 past couple of months have been hard to keep weight off, illnesses, cold temps outside have kept us indoors & lacking energy
Hoping now that spring is approaching we can get moving again soon!
