Mood: Frustrated
Today, I feel... I FEEL SO FAT, AND UGLY I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DRINK ALOT OF WATER AND EAT LESS BUT IT FEELS LIKE I CANT CONTROL MY EATING I EAT WHENEVER IM BORDE. MY MOM N DAD WANT ME TO HAVE THE GASTRIC BYPASS LAP BAND BUT I DONT KNOW. IM SCARED I GUESS I WANT TO TRY TO LOSE IT MYSELF FIRST. I LIVE BY A GYM AND A WALKING TRACK BUT GITTING DOWN THERE IS ANOTHER THING I FEEL SO SO LAZY I JUST DONT KNOW HOW TO CHANGE MY HABBITS OVER TO NEW ONES. I BOUGHT NEW WORKOUT CLOTHES BUT IT STILL DID NOT HELP ME. I FEEL SO MAD AT MYSELF FOR LETTING MYSELF GET TO THIS POINT!!!!!!

Hi there Jesse. Today is a new day and you need to stay positive and take it one day at a time. If 2900 calories is your daily goal you can eat and eat and eat if you get your parents to buy you healthy choices. Get some bananas, apples, strawberries, carrots, peas, chicken, pork, etc. and learn to cook for yourself. This will get you on your feet and burn calories and I find it really fun to make new meals.
Kick that lazy feeling in the butt and get on your feet and move or you will feel this way for much longer than you need too... Your are young and now is the time for a change!!! If you are board and want to eat crappy food go for a walk - burn calories...
I have 2 friends who were over 300 Lbs and got the lap band surgery done and lost a lot of weight, but any doctor is going to make you try to lose some weight on your own first.
Sorry to be some what upfront but maybe it will help get you going... Put every thing you put in your mouth on the daily plate this will hold you accountable and you will be able to see what you need to change too...
