Mood: Hyper
An up and down day. I had a C.T. Scan in the morning to figure out what is going on with m kidneys. News to come next week. Then I went thrifting...I love that. Found some cute pajama pants and a purse. Then I picked up my daughter and her BFF and went to see Hunger Games. Looooved it. But my food choices were all over the place. Not being able to eat until 11:30 (because of the scan) made me soooo hungry and I didn't prepare for that, so I pretty much made poor choices for most of the day. Movie theatre popcorn?! Really?! What was I thinking?!
However....I got the mini size and only ate a third of it, But the real issue is he fact that I gorged myself when I came home and I'm craving more food now. I think I actually want something sweet, which is rare for me. I definitely need a steady eating schedule. Thankfully, most of my days are more balanced, Okay, off to watch Degrassi and enjoy my green tea. Tomorrow is camping day. Which usually means bad eating - processed foods and things like chili dogs and tuna salad snack packs, but at least I am eating those by choice and not because I have this Food craving battle going on. |

Another tired day. I have a follow-up appointment with my doctor this week to see if we can figure this out. The fact that I'm not eating enough could be an issue, too. I'm just not hungry these days. Gotta find some calorie-dense foods to fill up my plate. Slowly, but surely, I'll find a balance.
