Today, I feel... like i have a TERRIBLE headache. it could be from allergies, since its all on one side of my face OR it could be from the exercise i got today. It felt GREAT to ride my bike 4 miles. AND i wasnt overly hungry afterwards (like i used to be) I'm also not hungry now, after all is said and done, and its almost bed time - i'm tired as heck, but its a good tired today because i know i actually DID something with my day, although i wonder how i would feel had i woken up before 1pm! I hate that i sleep that late - i mean tons of people wake up at a normal time and stay up much later than i do and never need a nap WHY IN THE HECK DO I ALWAYS FEEL TIRED!

I guess the fact that i went to bed at 4am didnt help with me waking up at a normal hour, but atleast last night i got a bunch of sewing done.

Today, I feel... tired, again. I sat outside in the sun all day. Well, i woke up late (around noon) then went straight to the pool where i didnt swim, i just sat. i COULD have swam, but i was tired. The walked back to the condo, had a mini snack, and then back to the pool. It was kinda nice to just SIT and listed to my iPod - i wish someone was there with me though, i might have swam then.. I was going to ride my bike, but by the time i got done with dinner, it was so late and i was getting a headache from all the sun. Now i think i am going to get sewing, i NEED some serious motivation to get sewing full time again.. I guess thats where a good diet comes in, feeling healthy = motivation

So i better get moving.. its just one of the days. getting started at 11PM, guess i'll sleep till noon again tomorrow.

Mood: Okay
Today, I feel... ok. I hadn't felt hungry hardly at all today, just right before lunch - and going through stop and shop on an empty stomach was no easy feat. I did unfortunately buy some cookies, but i had my eye on much much worse. I also tried a "smart ones" meal today which was HORRENDOUS and i would never buy it again. I might just stick with steamed veggies and cereal (my usual) I actually FEEL like getting some exercising today, ODD but i like it.

then, my parents took me out to eat and it went all down hill. Even though i ate a salad, i guess it wasnt as healthy as i though - i def. should have avoided those cookies

Today, I feel...
Like i ate more than i usually do. I ALWAYS want chocolate and cant control it. I am tired, but not nearly as tired as i normally am, so thats good.. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that i ate some veggies today.
