Hi everyone! I am new to this site, but it looks very helpful. I think Lance has done amazing things in his life and for him to promote this website sounds very encouraging. I am at the end of my rope. I used to be a very fit, lean female, but I don't know what happened. I am now 40 lbs overweight and am scared to death that I am not going to be able to get control again. My ultimate goal is to get my weight back to a comfortable, athletic, fit weight. I know pills, quick fixes and fast diets don't work. I feel that I need more inspiration than anything. I hope I can get some good pointers and inspiration from this website.

Mood: Proud
This morning I woke up feeling independent again. I have been having issues with my boyfriend and I just feel that I am a strong individual who can take anything that comes her way!!!

Mood: Motivated
This morning was a good morning, got up and walked the dogs. Going to try and run on my lunch hour. Want to see how that will feel.
2:00 PM-Went and ran over my lunch hour. Fatigued and out of shape from being sick, but I am glad I did it. It did feel good when I was finished. |

Mood: Sad
Today, I feel... sad and depressed. I got some new pants last night and they don't fit. They are a size 12 and I used to wear a size 8. What happened to me? Am I ever going to get control again? I feel hopeless right now.
