Mood: Good
Today, I feel... [leased that I was able to wake up at 6am and on bike at 6:15a for a 30 minute ride. Got a new bike seat Saturday and it is a 150% improvement! So I am very happy that a sore will not hinder my bike exercising.

Mood: Pleased
Today, I feel...very good. I had dropped off for a couple of months but I am back to begin this thing again! Was up at 6am and rode bike for 30 minutes. Knees sore when I do the stairs but that's kinda normal for me with bad knees. My hurts from the dang bike seat, omg!! Going to have to find a gel seat of some sort.
