I am 25 years old and have about 25 lbs to lose. I'm hoping to not continue that trend! I lost about 15 lbs total using this website, so I know it works. I love it, I just can't ever seem to stick with it. I'm going to give it another go and see what happens. New Year is always a good time to restart things like this, but I don't want to pressure myself into giving up again. I'm not going to have a specific goal this time, I just want to get smaller. I'm not going to promise to track everything every day. I'm not going to promise anything. I'm going to try, and that's all I can do!

Today, I feel... fat. I don't know why but today I suddenly feel like I'm way bigger than I am. I even got some new shirts today that I look great in.. but I just feel like I need to work a lot harder. I hate winter because it enables me to be so much lazier. Even though that excuse doesn't really apply this winter because we haven't had any snow since just after Christmas! I could ride my bike to work, I could play tennis.. I could do all the things I usually do in the summer.

I'm going to go to the gym tonight. I don't want to be lazy anymore. I also don't really like paying for a gym membership I'm not using. I'm trying not to spend as much money on useless things anymore, so in keeping with that I need to use my gym membership! At least a couple times a week.

I'm slowly getting better with money, so now it's time to work on getting better with exercise. That's my main issue with my weight.. I don't eat too badly (minus the cheesecake before lunch today! A coworker brought it for me and I didn't want to say no and make her sad).. I just don't get near enough exercise.

cheer up girly! you are getting on the right track. i've been better about getting to the gym lately because i made it a priority. i get my game face on and pretend it's my goals against my laziness and I'm going to WIN!! it gets easier once its a habit i'm sure :)
