Today was final weigh in for the contest at work. I am down 1.5 pounds from last week. I've lost 18 pounds total in 10 weeks! I'm so proud of myself for taking it slow and keeping with it. I had really given up hope that I would ever reach this weight again and it almost brings tears to my eyes when I think about the struggle with my weight over the last 3 years. I've lost over 50 pounds since I had my baby in March. I just can't believe it.

I had indian food for lunch but just guessed on the calories. 2 small pieces of tandoori chicken with a little bit of rice and veggies, i did put like 1 tbsp of sauce on it... that by itself wasn't bad, but i shared a samosa chat appetizer with fried stuff in it and 1 piece of naan. Oh well, it was worth it! All the candy afterwards was a big slip though. :(
