I took today as a bit of a rest day, and apparently I needed it. I completely crashed once I got home from work and woke up with a pounding headache. Some food did teh trick and I'm good to go. Tomorrow starts Week 2 of C25K, gotta go after it!

Not too bad a day today. Since I'm ack under 200lbs, I changed my profile back to "maintain current weight". However, I will not try to max out on cals, and will be trying to keep down on the fat so I can trim up what I have and build muscle.

Mood: Stressed
Today was even more stressful than yesterday. I didn't let it throw me off too much. My eating wasn't very consistent, and I need to find a more effective breakfast option. Got Week 1 Day 2 of C25K done, and while it helped wih the stress, it showed how far out of running shape I am. Gotta stick with it and keep it moving!

Mood: Okay
Today I had some soreness in my hip and a bit of pain in my foot, but that faded with some stretching and time. I was supposed to start Insanity today, but I had the wrong type of DVD (need -r, not +r) so I decided to wait. In the meantime, there will be no idle days of exercise, so I got a good walk in to burn some cals, and will do the like on idle C25K days.
