Moring weight of 159.5 (matches 2007 low). This weight drop sort of surprised me. Two reasons the extra physcial work I have been doing and just a natural low in the weight flux. dept.

7:45 P.M. Did okay today on eating until the kids wanted to go to Sonic....Elliptical machine here I come!

Morning weight of 162.5, yesterday's morning weight was 165.5! I'm going to pretend like Sat. 6/30 (two days ago)didn't exist. I went to an early 4th of July party and had too many hamburgers and hotdogs and cookies.

I'm ready for a brand new month (July), the last two weeks I haven't been at my best concerning diet and nutrition. It's time to get back on track. I've worked too hard to start putting weight back on now. Yesterday I had a good sweaty workout on the elliptical and then went for a relaxing walk late in the evening. I feel so much better today!

I had one of those weekends. I just lt rip. I didn't pig out on food, but I had want I wanted no matter what it was... chocolates, sweets, chineses, ice cream, chips, burgers... You'll see the damage on my scale reading for tomorrow as I'm going to have to ajust my July goals in line with my morning weight. I think we all need those weekends once in a while :-)
