2/21/12 weight 187.4 2/24/12 - 185.7 3/4/12 - 183.8 3/11/12 - 182.6 UPDATED GOALS for 2011: 7/25/11 Currently 180, and starting over. I would like to stick to my running plan, running 3-5 times a week, with bicycling and walking thrown in. I would also like to incorporate some strength training and swimming soon. Food goals: eat veggies, yogurt, nuts, and fewer snacks (like none). Mini weight goals (as of 2012) 185 lbs[X] 180 lbs[] 175 lbs[] 170 lbs[] 165 lbs[] 160 lbs[] 155 lbs[] 150 lbs[] 145 lbs[] 135 lbs[] 130 lbs[] I am setting this goal for a year. If I lose 3 lbs a month I can meet my goal. This is pretty conservative, and I think I can do it. Trying not to let my past year let me down :D

Not prepared today. Stormy was supposed to make me breakfast, but it didn't happen.
I didn;t make lunch the night before either. I ended up going to McDonald's for a salad, and was feeling smug that I turned down burger and fries. Well, it was the grossest thing ever and I only ate half of it. The salad dressing was sweet, and the bacon pieces were gummy, and the lettuce was browning. I ended up stopping by Wendy's on the way back to work and buying a small burger and eating it sans buns. It was tasty. |
