I\'m 37 and I don\'t want to be fat and 40. :) Christiansingles30plus.yuku.com Well the situp thing didn\'t work because actually a absolutely hate them. So anyway my new 30 day challenge/goal is the 30 day shred. Excellent! Let\'s DO IT! 30 day shred complete! On to level 2 My next 30 day challange is going to be calorie cycling. Starting Sunday July 26 Sun 2100 4 mile walk/jog 30 min weight/strength Mon 1800 rest Tue 2200 4 mile walk/jog 30 min weight/strength Wed 1900 rest Thu 2300 20 min shred 1 hour bike 30 min strength Fri 2000 20 min shred 30 min bike Sat 2400 4 mile walk/jog 30 min weight/strength 30 min bike High calories. I'm going to see what happens. These calories are taking in to account all my exercise I'm doing. Wish me luck!

I had a bit of a rough day Wednesday/Thursday...my granddaughter fell and got a cut so we took her to the ER and they didn't see her until the next day, the treatment only took a few minutes. Hey Wendy...You go girl....look at that beautiful aerobics, pilates, and biking. I am a bit of a scale psycho too...get on when I wake up, move the weight on the feet to make it say a pound less, shift this way and that, etc. Its hard when you want the weight to come with your efforts, which only sometimes happens. Congrats on that 9 pounds from calorie cycling. Wishing you continued success...

Today, I feel...good. today is day number 3 of calorie cylcling. yesterday was supposed to be a rest day for exercise, but i had to walk to work so whoops. Today is big exercise day as my calories are high. I had to be to work today at 7 and I walked, when I get home I'm doing 4 miles and then some weight training. I feel good. can't wait to have a week under my belt and see what happens. Oh and I'm fairly certain I've found the world's most perfect food. Cowboy beans. My Ma used to make them when I was a kid with pork and beans and ground beef. I was craving them so I adapted with what I had on hand. 1 pound small read beans soaked and slow cooked all day. 1 pound ground turkey 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 can tomato paste. 13 servings 200ish calories a serving 15 protien and 17 fiber! maybe high on the carbs from the sugar but I bet you can sub splenda brown sugar and it would still be delicious. Might have to try that next time! Oh and probably could put an onion in there too, I just didn't have any. Yeah splenda and a drizzle of sorghum. YUM. I think I'm going to keep a pot of this on hand at all times. Man is it good.
