Hi I'm a 29 yr old biochemist in Leeds (UK). I love reading, watching TV particularly anime and writing (none of which really lends itself to healthy living). I love junk food and hate most forms of physical activity with a passion (thus leading to my current situation). I do enjoy swimming and walking (so long as there are no hills involved) and I am forcing myself exercise to improve my fitness and to lose weight. I have been big all my adult life but put on a lot more weight in the last two years which I am determined to shed. My starting weight was 195 lbs and I need to lose 60 lbs to reach a 'normal' BMI.
