Today, I feel...FULL! I had an amazing breakfast to start off my long day. Multi-Grain cheerios with a cup of blended strawberries to wash it all down. Went for a 10 mile bike ride yesterday and I feel great, slept like a baby. Will run 4 or 5 miles later this evening.
