I am 55 years old, work full time and have been married 31 years......yes to the same man (call me crazy!). I have two children who are both living on their own now. This change in my life sort of snuck up on me. I started having problems with my feet around 8 years ago. My doctor told me it's time the weight comes off. At that time I weighed 257 lbs. So I started......with his help and got my weight down to 170 which was a perfect weight for me considering I work out extensively. Everyone told me how good I looked and I myself was pretty darn pleased. But then I got "cocky". Thought, oh just a few pounds.........I can lose that!! Well, with the help of menopause some big changes in my life today (3/2/2011) I have ballooned up to 216.....but today is a new beginning.........again.
