had the same thing for lunch and dinner so just combined ... need to go back to having my morning fiber ... cals are good ... had taste of cookie dough while making it, so probably consumed about 100 more than posted here. this is fine because i'd like to keep cals at about 1500 ... i burn 1700 just living so that provides a 1400 cal/week deficit which means almost a pound a week (really need 250 cals/day less to get to 3500 cals in 2 weeks
